N.J. election day 2024: See live results for county and local races, school boards, ballot questions

Voters from around the state have been voting, including on Election Day, in the General Election for president, as well as for Congressional, county, municipal and board of education races.

Prior to Election Day, when you add together the early votes and mail-in ballots received by Nov. 3, New Jerseyans cast more than 1.93 million votes before Tuesday.

Ballots that are mailed in and postmarked by Nov. 5 can be accepted until Nov. 11, so results will continue to change after the close of polls on election night, so check back for updated vote totals and final results. For all of our election coverage, go to nj.com/elections.
Voters in several counties will be deciding the fate of ballot measures, including questions on adding more security officers to school districts and questions on selling municipal water utilities to private companies. One of New Jersey’s last “dry towns” is asking voters if it should allow liquor licenses while another could be the next to allow the sale of marijuana.
