    Description

Up for sale is a cool relic of the Pearl Jam Vitalogy Health Club, one of the late-90s versions of their fan club.
This is 10c / Ten Club / VHC Newsletter #11, the origami pop-out VHC Ambulance issue.
Please see the pictures, as I don't have any grading criteria for items like this.  You have to appreciate the order form for 1996 tour posters for :)  A few hundred bucks invested would have been a down payment on a small house now!
-- The envelope is opened as seen, the newsletter / ambulance is perfect
-- Otherwise it's exactly as seen.
The pictures shown are of the actual item you're buying and generally don't do these items justice.
    SHIPPING AND OTHER DETAILS:
Current USPS delays affecting us all.  eBay article linked here.
I will ship this flat with cardboard front and backing via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
US buyers will pay shipping for a 5
oz parcel via USPS First Class Mail.
Orders received before Noon MST will ship same business day, otherwise next business day.
There are no returns accepted on this item.  I take a lot of time to represent my items accurately, their beauties and their flaws.
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Anything beyond item cost and shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I will not undervalue items on Customs forms, or mark merchandise as a Gift, it’s a violation of law and a bad look.
