It is the August release and features Donald Duck (pin-on-pin), holding the black anchor to his boat and sweating.  Donald's boathouse in Mickey's Toontown is seen in the background. The red banner reads, "Disneyland RESORT Magical Memories", and the dangle, which has a red and white life preserver on each end,  reads, "Donald's Boathouse".
