Disney Pin - DCL Artist Choice: Donald Duck (Hinged Scuba Helmet & Pelican).  Limited Edition of 750  (#23511)
This pin-on-pin design w/ dangle pin released on the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) was the Artist Choice selection for the month of June, 2003. It features Donald holding a harpoon gun with a pelican sitting on the end of the gun (Donald is not happy). He is wearing an old style scuba helmet and he is also wearing flippers.  The mask is hinged on the left and opens. It is a circle with out a grid across Donald's face, which is why you can see him even with the mask closed.
Condition is Used/Like New.
