This auction is for what we believe to be a large vintage seemingly rare Walt Disney Donald Duck wooden rubber stamp stamping block. We could not find another example of it online and do not see any manufacturer name on the item. We are unsure as to who made it or as to where it was made. We are also unsure as to how old the item is but believe it to be vintage. The entire block measures roughly 5 3/16” x 3 3/16” x 15/16”. The block is made of wood and has a rubber face. The layer beneath the rubber layer appears to be made of a dense hard sponge-like material. One of the sides of the block has a plastic sleeve with a paper-ype label. The plastic sleeve/paper label insert simply slides on and off the wooden block. The wooden block appears to free of any cracks or repairs. The wooden block does have chipping, wear, fading, scratches, nicks, edge wear, dings, aging, discoloration, and dirty and/or stained areas. The rubber face and layer of dense sponge material has dirty and/or stained areas, ink markings, and general wear. The item weighs roughly 7 oz. This large vintage Walt Disney Donald Duck wooden rubber stamp stamping block is sure to be a nice addition to your collection.
